My son has scored 378 in neet 2024 whether he can get a seat in pharm d want to know the scope of pharmd

Ans: Hi Faiz,
Greetings.
There is no direct connection between NEET and Pharm D. NEET exams are not mandatory for Pharmacy programs. If your son wants to pursue Pharm D, you should contact the institutions offering the Pharm D course.

My suggestion is that he should complete his B.Pharm first, and then he can pursue Pharm D (PB). This will give him better opportunities compared to pursuing Pharm D alone.

a) Clinical Pharmacist
b) Medical Affairs
c) PMT
d) Medical writing
e) Clinical research
f) Medical Scribe.

Hello sir, My son has got admission in IFSC Pharmacy Mooga. Now he is in delima weather to opt B Pharma or Pharm D. Please suggest keeping overall scenario of future placement options in sight.

Ans: Hi Manzoor,
No worries.
Let him continue with B. Pharm, and after completing it, he can join Pharm D (PB). This will provide him with a lot of opportunities compared to directly pursuing Pharm D. Additionally if he decides to pursue an M.Pharm instead of Pharm D, he will still have plenty of prospects.
By pursuing Pharm D after a B.Pharm, the candidate will gain more knowledge in MFG and QC, in addition to Clinical aspects.

Greetings. It would be better to let him complete his PG in pharmacy and then consider placement. After completing UG, the package will be lower and there will be less growth, except in marketing.

Sir my son has completed B Pharm. He got GPAT score, 232 (2083) and NIPER rank 1893. Not got seat in NIPER what next he can do?

There's no need to worry. He can choose from some good universities or colleges across India.

Please note that NTA has declared the result and rank, but the cutoff for eligibility to receive a stipend has not been declared yet. If he does receive the stipend, he can join other institutions.

Meri daughter Jaipuria institute of management se finance aur it mein MBA padh rahi hai vahan ka placement kaisa hai.

Ans: They do have some placements but it is not 100%. The average package out there would be Rs. 7 to 9 lpa. There may not be great finance placements and the finance jobs out there would be more marketing oriented.

Ans: Look at your interest and accordingly decide. The skill sets required for each of the courses is quite different. All three have decent opportunity of placements and would depend on the college you get in. If you are not sure about the field, then would recommend you to do MBA and decide on your specialization in the 2nd year where there are options of IT / Systems in some of the colleges.

I love him soo much but he cannot try to accept that . Even I don't talk to my male classmate because he didn't want ki main kisi boy se baat karu Is it fair , am I cheater ? I love him unconditionally I support him in all his career or decision but again he was like I cheated with him we are in long distance relationship but I can't cheat him . Literally I am feeling depressed ????

Please understand that you did nothing wrong. Why would you even question yourself? You know you never cheated. It's his issue that he cannot trust. Yes, in a relationship we all try to comfort our partners but that too should be to a certain extent. And, in that process, if your mental health is being compromised, I don't see how it's a healthy relationship.

I don't want to tell you what to do, but I would reassure you that YOU DID NOTHING WRONG. You don't need to prove yourself anymore. And I can also assure you that no matter what you do, he will still manage to find some flaws and doubt you. It's a typical behavior we see in some partners.
