Ans: Hello dear.
It’s completely normal to feel distracted or overwhelmed, especially when you're a dropper with big dreams like AIIMS Delhi. It shows you care deeply. But right now, your biggest enemy isn't distraction; it's self-doubt. The fear of failure and pressure to succeed cloud your focus. First, accept that thoughts will come, but don’t fight them. Observe them and gently bring your focus back. Break your day into small, achievable study sessions (like 25-30 minutes) with short breaks. Start with the easiest topic to build momentum. Keep a notebook to quickly jot down distracting thoughts and revisit them later. Remember, consistency beats motivation. Remind yourself every morning why you're doing this. Visualize your white coat moment. You don’t need to be perfect every day, just persistent. You have time, and if you truly commit day by day, that AIIMS dream is absolutely within reach. Believe it, and act like it.

Good luck.

How many full syllabus mock test should i give to get aiims delhi...no. of tests ...and how many hours to practice questions, theory and short notes .... I can't stop procastinating...i delay things...but i do study daily..someday little bit..and some day more... How to make calculation faster How to overcome all this.. And How to get good score in practice tests
Ans: Please focus on studying first. Try to complete the full syllabus in the next few months along with at least 10 revisions of each subject. From now on, don't waste a single minute in writing to us. Success comes through hard work, not unnecessary thinking or consulting others without reason, which wastes precious time. You failed once! You know better why you failed. Sorry for using some harsh words. But I saw no other solution without doing so. Best of luck.

Ans: You're not alone in feeling distracted. It's common for NEET droppers under pressure, especially when aiming high like AIIMS Delhi. The key is building discipline, not relying on motivation. Start by creating a fixed daily routine (around 10–11 hours of focused study with breaks) and follow it strictly. Structuring reduces overthinking. When distracted, use the 2-minute rule (just study for 2 minutes), keep a “thought dump” notebook nearby, and practice short daily meditation (5 mins) to improve focus. Stay off social media completely and keep your phone away while studying.
Focus on NCERT (especially for Biology and Chemistry), solve PYQs regularly, and begin mock tests from October. Don't let fear of failure paralyze you; it's normal, even toppers feel it. Just show up daily, stay consistent, and remember: you fail only if you stop trying. Your dream of AIIMS Delhi is achievable, but it’s built through daily discipline, not occasional motivation. Stay committed, you’ve got this.
Key for success in NEET examination: Score 300 in Biology, Score 250-270 in Chemistry, and 100-150 in Physics. i.e., your total should be around 650 (considering a 10% error, aim for at least 600).
Start with Biology, then Physics, and lastly Chemistry. You can do any combination as per your convenience or the guidance of your expert teachers. Best of luck.
