Sir mera up bord class 10th may computer tha kya mujhe ccc cource karna padega ager nhi tho may class 10th ki markset par group d ka from apply kar sakti hu Bina ccc markset ka

Ans: Hi
To answer you, If you studied Computer Science as a subject in high school, you may not be required to take the CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certification, as you already have a basic understanding of computers. But there is no harm in getting CCC certification. Better to opt for the safer side.

Ans: Navin Sir, I have understood what you have asked in HINDI. Please ask your SON TO READ my this answer carefully. (1) He should change the Coaching Center Class from FITJEE to ALLEN Coaching Center. (1) Whenever you study at home, study for 45-minutes. Then take a break of 10-minutes when you can move away from your study table, walk, have some water & relax. If you continue studying beyond 45-minutes, your concentration power will go down, resulting to low output. Most students commit this mistake. (2) On daily basis (morning or evening whichever will be convenient to you), do yoga or meditation or physical exercises or play any games / sports for at least 30-45 minutes. This will further reduce your stress / distractions. (3) Study tough topics / tough subjects (applicable to you) early morning with your fresh mind. (4) Eat a lot of green vegetables / fruits which you can afford for & Avoid soft drinks (5) Every day night, before going to bed, revise whatever you have studied during the day. (6) Also, revise every week whatever you have covered till date (here your short-notes which you should prepare will be helpful). (7) Keep practising questions on topics which you have covered either offline or online (8) Give utmost importance to wrongly answered / difficult / complicated / tough questions and have a separate note-book specially for this for each subject (PCM) (8) You might be aware that JEE rank is allotted on the basis of highest score in Maths, followed by Physics & Chemistry. Practice more and more in Maths, till you reach Speed & Accuracy (9) By the end of 9th/10th/11th/12th standard (December-January), attempt fully syllabus online test series, evaluate and analyse your performance such as, (a) which topic / unit / concept you are weak which needs your revision and improvement as this will disturb you when you appear in actual JEE exam (b) abnormal time taken to attempt any question which you can come to know from Online Test Series which you should reduce (c) which questions you skipped and why? (10) Please AVOID studying under pressure that you should get admission only into IITs/ NITs. Never advisable. Any one can be successful, even if he / she studies in NON-IIT / NON-NIT Colleges also. (11) Have Plan B & Plan C for other Colleges Entrance Exams / Disciplines-Streams. (11) Avoid comparing yourself with other students. (12) Also, it is highly ideal to appear in / attempt minimum 5-Entrance Exams (for both Govt & Private Engineering Colleges). You will have a lot of options (easiest method) to choose the best and most suitable one, keeping in view a lot of factors such as, College | Location | Your Interest | Stream Preference | Placement Records | College Culture | Your Short & Long Term Goals | Pressure You Can Go Through | Your AIR & Job Market Condition when you apply for your BTech & Even after. Namaste sir, main btech cse ka student hun 3 year me gayq hu 2nd year me meri 5 subjects me back aa gyi hai aur college me dher saare assignments , file likh likh kar mujhe skill ko develop karne ka time nahi mil paa raha hai kyoki mera time back subjects + assignment file karne me hi beet jata hai iski wajah se main college ki activities me participate nahi kar paa raha hu jisse main depressed hu. Surprisingly, even after completing two years and now studying in the third year, you won't be able to manage your studies, assignments, and other activities. Please note that the same schedule applies to other students. Yet, if others can manage then why not you? Please check your regular timetable and other timetables. Soon you will come to know where you are going wrong. The engineering course is just a time management course. One of the possibilities that you might be lagging is, you may be doing engineering without any interest or you might be forced to do it. You did not mention where you are studying in a government or private college. Start creating an interest in CSE subjects, set your target for the future, and plan accordingly your studies. if lazy, then come out of that factor which is very common. Only 1 and 1/2 years remain in your hand. If you excel in your studies, your CGPA will also improve. Focus on your personality, communication skills, and other parameters that are badly needed at the time of campus interview. Talk with the senior and passed-out students and change yourself as early as possible. Last but not least, remove negative thoughts from your mind. For jobs, CGPA is not the only deciding factor. Overall curricular activities also matters.

It's great to hear that you have six years of experience in Quality Control (QC). As you know, QC roles are generally onsite, unlike IT roles that can often be done remotely. Given your expertise in QC, you have the option to transition to Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), or the Validation team, but we need to assess the feasibility of such a shift. While it is uncommon, it is possible to find roles in RA, such as preparing and submitting documents, pharmacovigilance, or medical scribing. However, since these are not your areas of expertise, if you choose to pursue them, you may be considered a fresher in those fields.

You also mentioned that need to work long hours. Even with work from home (WFH), you will likely face similar challenges; once you log in, you cannot skip the tasks assigned to you. Being at home may hinder your ability to care for your children, creating additional difficulties.

If you are financially stable, you might consider quitting your current job to find other opportunities or to take care of your family. If not, you will need to weigh your options carefully.

My recommendation is to prefer onsite work rather than WFH.

On a lighter note, there are many advantages to onsite work that can actually save you money—such as reduced electricity bills, food expenses, and travel costs. Compared to WFH, where you may incur higher electricity costs due to using AC and your computer, along with food expenses for snacks and meals.

Logically speaking, as a working woman, if your maid were asking for a WFH arrangement, how would you respond?

As an additional suggestion, you might consider applying for government jobs as a Junior or Senior Analyst in your state’s Drug Testing Lab within the Drugs Control Department.

Ultimately, I recommend that you continue in your current field and potentially explore opportunities in a different company or industry that offers a higher salary. Alternatively, you could also consider transitioning to QA, but ideally in an onsite position.

Knee Replacement- My doctor has advised me total knee replacement in right knee after examining X ray, as I am suffering from pain in right knee for last 12 months.
