Ans: Firstly, if the interviewer asks engaging questions based on your answers, it is a good sign. Also, if they indicate the next steps or ask about your availability to meet the senior people in the firm, it shows interest.

Hello madam/sir, I have a question in my mind. I work in a bank. I donot like to talk much with anyone, while other colleagues are free among themselves. Does this emit any sense of ego, or haughtiness or the likes from me? How do others perceive my behaviour? I do reply their questions, wherever possible. Or else i prefer to be in me. Their questions sometimes are more of spiral in nature. Please help.

Hi Mayank , I am an industrial automation engineer aged 43 , I am earning a CTC of 26 LPA , I have changed my all previous jobs after every 5-6 years span , from last 12 years my profile has been a combination of team leader and engineering contribution, but in my current job I am on bench from 2 years now , good thing that getting the salary , but due to less salaries in my core area of industrial automation I am not finding any suitable job and even got rejected many times as all positions comparable to my salary are plant HODs for which I do not qualify , I have no option but to look for job outside india which is again not easy for my domain , kindly suggest what is the best possible solution for candidate like me ? Ans: Focus on your appearance (dress smartly as per your industry standards), research on the points you plan to share during the meeting and rehearse for the meeting. Go prepared with a couple of interesting questions - it will help create impact.

Dear Shital, What course should I do after 12th or Graduation to become a CEO or a manager of a company?

Ans: You should choose your area of expertise first, based on your marks scored and personal preference. Once you have chosen that, apply to colleges and try to get into the best one. After several years of hard work, focus, discipline and ability to get along with people, you will become a CEO. Currently, please focus on understanding your strengths and areas of interest. There is no single path or course after 12th standard to become a CEO.
