I am female candidate and securing 2530 obc ncl rank in IAT iiser exam 2026. Is it possible to get admission in iiser tvm or iiser Thirupathi? Plz guide me sir. Thank you so much
Ans: Neha, With an OBC-NCL rank of 2530 in IAT 2026, admission chances are strong for IISER Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) and possible for IISER Tirupati, especially in later counselling rounds. In 2025, the TVM OBC-NCL closing rank extended to around 3171 in later rounds, while Tirupati’s went beyond 4000. Prioritize TVM over Tirupati, but final chances will depend on seat movement in 2026.
