Sir, I have scored 99.37 percentile in jee mains ( general category) with a rank 9773, and also gave jee advanced where a secures rank 6775, I also gave wbjee where I am scoring 148 and IAT where my score is 163. I am very confused at this moment about choosing colleges . I prefer research career over engineer but my family thinks that career as an engineer is better than pursuing reseach as it is less time consuming. So, I am thinking of jadavpur cse but I am also getting IIT BHU chemical , IIT Indore (mechanical, engineering physics , chemical ) . what should I choose?
