My daughter has got CSE core at VIT Chennai, however she has a cutoff of 196 and has scored 491 in her CBSE board exams. We are trying for SSN merit management quota. If given a seat there, which one would you suggest for her better future

However, I encourage you to review the syllabus, labs, faculty, and future prospects at both institutions. Once you compare these two options, you will be better positioned to draw a conclusion. As someone who guides people directly, I prefer not to give specific suggestions. If I do, I would risk becoming more of a commission agent than a counselor.
