If VIT Chennai is a priority, consider other available branches with higher cutoffs, such as Mechanical or Civil Engineering. If you are based in TN or neighboring Southern States, you can try for SNU-Chennai, Sastra, Sathyabhama or Karunya also for your son's preferred branches.
