I am vacating the house. The house owner is to return my advance. The house owner tries to give a signed UNDATED CHEQUE. HOW TO GO ABOUT IN THIS SITUATION?
Ans: There should not be any problem in accepting a cheque for return of Advance Paid to your landlord, at the time of vacating the house. Ask him or get an assurance from him about the time within which, you would deposit the cheque for clearing.

MY GRAND DAUGHTER SCORED 10360( ONE ZERO THREE SIX ZERO )IN VITEEE 2025
SHE GOT A SEAT IN VIT VELLORE ( EC) UNDER CATEGORY 3. WE EXPECTED THAT SHE WILL GET A SEAT UNDER CATEGORY 1 OR 2.
BUT NOT. WE CAN'T PREDICT ANY REASON FOR THIS. WHAT WILL BE THE REASON THIS YEAR SIR?
