Helo sir,
My son got 59.3% in pcm and got 1,30 k rank in viteee. Will he get cse in vit bhopal? Pls suggest what to do
Ans: Your son's VITEEE rank of 1,30,000 and PCM percentage of 59.3% make him ineligible for CSE or any B.Tech program at VIT (Vellore, Chennai, AP, or Bhopal) because of the following criteria:
Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in PCM (for general category) in 10+2 or equivalent.
For SC/ST or North Eastern states, the requirement is 50%.
Since your son has 59.3%, he narrowly misses the eligibility under the general category.
