Im in 3rd yr mbbs student in russia if i change my university(iii) Location of medical college or institution and administration of the course or training:
The entire course, training and internship or clerkship shall be done outside India in the same foreign medical institution throughout the course of study and no part of medical training and internship shall be done in India or in any country other than country from where the primary medical qualification is obtained.) and after compliting mbbs i do residency to another university does im eligible to practice in india after doing specialization from uk or Australia

You are a citizen of India and currently pursuing your medical studies in Russia. Once you complete your medical degree abroad, you will need to take the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) to obtain a license to practice in India.
In India and many other countries, students must complete an entry and exit examination before joining a medical program. After finishing your course, graduates are required to pass a licensure exam before they can proceed to an internship (house surgeon).
As you are from India, the first step for you is to complete the licensure exam. If you wish to practice medicine in other countries, you will also need to pass their respective exams and obtain eligibility.
