sir I am actually confused about my career because at first I wanted to serve while taking aerospace course though jee advance but now days due to my growing concerns regarding my interest in neet section to become a surgeon is being greatly influenced. what should I do?

If your passion for technology and aerospace remains stronger, continue with JEE. hello sir/mam . I am a student of class 11 just now. I wish to give both neet and jee examination. but in order to do that I should have taken pcmb but due to family and societal pressure I couldn't do so and I have only taken pcm. sir, I don't know anything please guide me how to give both. NIOS, extra subject whatever it is. i am very confused.
