Hello Dr, I'm 42 year old man with no clinical disease history. I'm 5.4 tall and 53kg,small frame body ..My concern is that since last few days I'm getting a tingling sensation in left cheek bone face area around 2 square inch, downwards. The sensation is there in the morning especially after using shaving cream, which I have been using since weeks( Old Spice). I don't smoke or drink and all vitals including lipid, thyroid all are normal. Just in March there's was some sinusitis which x ray confirmed as MAXILLARY SINUSITIS and resolved by Steam and ALASPAN AM for 5 days as per ENT specialist.. Could it be due to this? tne sensation stays for few minutes sometimes for longer.. Pl advise Regards Jack

Requesting you not to panic at this early stage. Let her appear for JEE session 2 and the state-level engineering entrance test. Let all the results out. You have ample time to think about the available options for engineering admission. At this stage, no need to think about management quota unless and until you want a particular branch in a particular college. Depending on her score in upcoming exams, she may get admission to reputed engineering either in Pune or Bengaluru
