Sir i am 25 years old girl and my bcom has completed in 2020.since i was preparing for banking exams but unfortunately could not clear now i want to do ca inter. Is this right to start ca at this age.plz reply.

Ans: Dear Ms. Simran,
Once you decide and start your preparation with full dedication , you can clear CA too why you are thinking only about CA Inter . However , before you start your next move , I wish to suggest a few points like , Pl. assess your strengths & weaknesses .Pl. Plan your study and daily routine accordingly since CA is one of the toughest exams like CAT & JEE or NEET or UPSC . As you have wasted almost 4yrs in Banking exams and unfortunately couldn't clear . You have to work very hard . If fund permits you may join any good CA coaching institute. Best of luck

Hi I started my CA at the age of 23.5 along with job , and I eventually managed to cleared group 1 of ca inter May 2024 and for second group I gave jan 25 attempt but failed due do poor marks in cost , this wan an first attempt , but now I skipped may 25 attempt because I was not clear shoup I gave one more attempt or not but I didn't, I quit my job due to study but result doesn't came well and i am considering to prepare for govt job while doing job , I lf I prepare for ca it will take 28 If from there I managed to clear infirst attempt , I may be feeling that while working and preparing govt is better decision. Shoul I continued my CA journey or should I quit it , any suggestions please
Ans: At a career crossroads, it's crucial to consider your priorities and interests, such as passion for CA and interest in government jobs. The time and effort required for CA exams or SSC, UPSC, and Banking Exams, should be considered. Financial considerations should also be taken into account, as if FINANCIAL STABILITY is a priority, returning to a job while preparing for a government exam might be a safer option. Alternative approaches include a hybrid approach, switching fully to government jobs for stability, structured work, and benefits, or trying one more CA attempt if you still have the motivation and confidence. If you're passionate about CA and believe you can clear it with focused effort, give it another chance. If you're unsure and more inclined towards job security, it's practical to shift towards government job preparation while working. Commit to your decision fully and avoid constantly second-guessing. All the best for your prosperous future!

My son getting mechanical in VIT vellore & CSE in VIT bhopal, which is better , dont have amy branch preference. Mechanical in VIT vellore or in Manipal Which one is better if opting for mechanical?
Ans: Shobita Madam, VIT Vellore’s B.Tech Mechanical Engineering program, part of an A++ NAAC-accredited university, features core labs—CNC machining, fluid systems, automotive chassis, robotics, and CAD/CFD—with a four-year cohort of 60 students and industry tie-ups for internships. Over the past three years, mechanical placements averaged around 50%, supported by a Career Development Cell engaging recruiters like Honda, Maruti and Saipem. Manipal Institute of Technology’s similar B.Tech Mechanical programme at MIT Manipal is NAAC A++ and NBA-Tier-1 accredited, offers advanced manufacturing, thermal, materials, mechatronics and digital-manufacturing labs, and recorded 77% placements in 2025 with over 230 recruiters, including Amazon, Bosch and Accenture. Manipal’s average package stood at ?11.76 LPA, median ?9.69 LPA, reflecting stronger campus recruiting consistency and global recruiter presence.

Recommendation: For higher placement consistency, a broader recruiter network, and slightly stronger average packages in core engineering, choose MIT Manipal Mechanical; if you prioritize VIT’s brand recognition and its specific automotive-industry connections, opt for VIT Vellore Mechanical, balancing lower placement rates with targeted internships. All the BEST for Admission & a Prosperous Future!

Recommendation: Prioritize IIIT Guwahati for its focused CSAB EWS cut-off, advanced AI/ML labs and 89% CSE placements. Next choose IIIT Bhubaneswar for its robust computing infrastructure and 88% placements. Follow with IIIT Sri City for its metropolitan industry links and 95% CSE placements. Hi sir. My son got 39010 general rank, 11000 at mbc rank in tnea. To pursue ece, or eee, which colleges i can use in chennai and coimbatore. Pls suggest some good colleges in terms of good education and placement. Thanks
Ans: Kanthavel Sir, With your son's general rank of 39,010 and MBC rank of 11,000 in TNEA 2025, he has excellent prospects for securing admission to reputable engineering colleges in Chennai and Coimbatore for Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) programs. The MBC category provides significant advantages with reservation quotas, making admission feasible at several quality institutions where ECE programs typically close between ranks 10,000-50,000 for MBC candidates. Chennai institutions like Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Panimalar Engineering College, and Chennai Institute of Technology offer robust ECE/EEE programs with NAAC A+ accreditation, modern laboratories specializing in VLSI design, embedded systems, and communication technologies, PhD-qualified faculty engaged in industry-academia partnerships, and consistent placement records of 75-90% with recruiters including TCS, Infosys, Amazon, and Microsoft. Coimbatore colleges such as Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET), Kumaraguru College of Technology, and Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College maintain similar academic standards with NBA accreditation, specialized labs for power systems, control engineering, and renewable energy, experienced faculty with industry exposure, and placement rates ranging from 70-85% across ECE and EEE branches. Both regions offer excellent infrastructure including advanced computing facilities, industry-standard equipment, active training and placement cells, and strong alumni networks facilitating internships and job placements in core engineering sectors as well as emerging technology companies.

Recommendation For optimal career prospects, prioritize Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET) Coimbatore for its exceptional 90% placement record, NAAC A++ accreditation, and strong industry partnerships in ECE/EEE domains; next select Rajalakshmi Engineering College Chennai for its NBA-accredited programs, robust infrastructure, and consistent 85-90% placement performance; follow with Kumaraguru College of Technology Coimbatore for its solid academic reputation, modern facilities, and reliable 80-85% placement outcomes; then choose Chennai Institute of Technology for its strong academic performance, industry connections, and established placement cell achieving 80-85% success rates; finally consider Panimalar Engineering College Chennai for its good infrastructure, active placement support, and steady 75-80% placement consistency in ECE/EEE disciplines. All the BEST for Admission & a Prosperous Future!
