Hello Madam , Namaste !! I am a CA , aged 63 . I have sleeping problem at night . I am diabetic too but under control using medicine. Any suggestion pls. , how to have 6 hours sound sleep at night ?
Ans: Since you are in a stressful profession, these could be a result of erratic food and sleeping patterns. Follow the basics - dont eat after 8 pm, practice 10-15 mins of anulom vilom and deep breathing before sleeping. No digital exposure ideally 2 hrs or minimum 1 hr before sleep time.
