I am 27years heght 5ft. weight 56kg, its my weight is right according to my height and age and i can sleep 5hrs daily my apetite is 2chappatis and lil bit rice with dal and veggies and doing breakfast chappatis and chai daily is there any advice to me and also one things i get period on time but only one for day.
Ans: For a healthy diet, you need good quality protein intake which seems to be lacking in your diet. Include low fat dairy products, pulses and legumes, nuts, soya, etc. This will increase your immunity, stamina and strength. Fruits and vegetables are a must as they will add fiber and anti-oxidants to your diet. Drink at least 8-10 glasses water daily. Exercise daily.
