Nowdays I'm getting distracted from study and I want study I can't able to focus my mind on study
I don't use insta, no friends, no time waste,
I fill to sleep every time
I do procastination every time
This is my 2nd attempt
Plz give some tips to fight against my sleep

Procrastination appears when you are not serious about your goal. If you are serious enough then you won't delay things.
For sleep do consult a physician, you might be not getting proper nutrition hence feeling sleepy and tired all the time. Our body needs nutrition, physical activity and sound sleep for proper functioning.
