Good evening Mam...Myself mail 53 years old working in Sales & Marketing & needs to travel once in a month for a weeks period...Recent past, I am suffering from stomach issues especially I am at outside for company work.. sometimes because of mental fear of staying out of home & food like Turdal khichadi also i am not able to digest. During my last visit, early wee hours my acidity increased & immediately started vomiting & stools that too in liquid form for many times. Kindly suggest appropriate precautions, exercise to be followed in order to overcome this issue.

- Eat local fruits
- Drink enough water
- Carry something like- nuts and seeds, Makhana, roasted kurmura from home
- Eat and early dinner
- Avoid deep fried foods
- choose clear soup, dal khichdi, or plain dal rice from the menu
- Walk for 15-20min post meal
- 5 deep breath prior to meals
