Ans: Vipul, you need to decide between the two paths. Either expand your consulting business OR take up a full-time job. Looks like you're leaning towards getting a full-time job.
If that's the decision you want to go for, please look at the opportunities on platforms LinkedIn, Naukri. Please focus on finding the 25 companies that are hiring for a role that you would be most suitable. Make sure you are tailoring the resume, following up with them, trying to get in touch with their HR teams, and connecting with the decision-makers of the company. Focus on building the connections and do strong follow-ups to land a job.
Do not apply to hundreds of jobs. Just find the 25 companies and focus on how you could get in the eyes of the employers. Engage with their posts on LinkedIn, update your LinkedIn profile, and put up an open-to-work badge on your LinkedIn profile.
All the best for your job search and keep me posted here. Waiting for the good news from you.
