Hi, I amm 46 year old male , my problem is my diet has been reduced to 25% in last two years . Even if i feel hungry ,my stomach fill with very less ffood intake, I could not eat any more even if I am intented to do so. I have BP since 2 years and suffering ffrom dipression since 20 years. Now suggest me what to do tto improve my diet ?
Ans: Create a routine for 1 hr or any physical activity of your choice - avoid closed door hard core workouts rather do activities that allow you to spend time outdoors, get exposure to sun (morning/ evening), gardening etc. Also before sleeping try 10 minutes of Om chanting of silent meditation focusing on your breathing. Practice acceptance and gratitude, make peace with any past conflicts.
