Hello sir/ma'am, I'm 47 years old man. I just started playing lawn tennis in the morning timings but I feel pain behind my ankles regularly. Please suggest me some remedy

During sports like lawn tennis there is a lot of pressure on the ankles suddenly because your foot needs to keep moving to keep pace.
This tends to strain the ankle ligaments quite a lot. You need to do a good 10 minutes warm up before you play especially movements like taking your ankle up, down, in, out, rotations clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can search for a basic warm up video on YouTube. Post the lawn tennis you need to stretch your muscles especially calf muscles for few minutes. If do warm up and cool down the ankle pain should start subsiding.
Till then you can ice your ankle for 20 minutes each to start reducing the pain.
