My age is 39. I have TSH High and High SGOT , SGPT. What should be my diet
Ans: -Reduce refined carbs like maida, bread, biscuit, khari, rusk in the diet
- Replace ur cooking oil, shift to Cold-pressed oils (preferably coconut oil or homemade ghee)
- Avoid refined oil
- Include protein rich foods in the diet like - milk, curd, paneer, egg, chicken
- Avoid processed & packaged foods
- Early dinner
- Avoid alcohol and smoking
