Hi, I have a total work exp of 9years and from past 6 years I am working in banking sector as a Wealth Relationship Manager. I have done B.Tech in EC and MBA Marketing. Now I am looking for career growth and for that I need a guidance to move from my existing role. I have gone through IIT Delhi Fintech program but not sure this program would help me to get better role or opportunity as my current profile is in sales. Please suggest the way to move ahead in my career.

Ans: Look for options of doing an Executive MBA from one of the top colleges. You may have to write the GMAT exams. Some of the colleges you can target are ISB, top IIMs, XLRI, etc.
