Ans: Here's a response you can use:
I'm sorry to hear about your past experience with cancer, but it's great to know that you've been in good health since your treatment and are keeping up with regular check-ups. Regarding your H1B visa stamping, your medical history should not directly affect the outcome of your visa application. The U.S. visa process primarily focuses on your qualifications, job offer, and the overall eligibility for the visa category.
While the medical history of an applicant can be a part of the visa interview or examination process, it generally does not lead to a visa denial unless there are specific concerns that might affect public health or if there are conditions that could require extensive public health services. Since you've been healthy since your treatment and are actively monitoring your health, this should not be an issue.
It's always a good idea to have documentation of your medical history ready if requested, but based on the information you’ve provided, your past cancer diagnosis and treatment should not be a reason for visa denial.
