Hi Dr. Hagde, I am 54 year old male with an active 5 day exercise regime of 1 hr each day with Weights and Cardio. My height is 5'8 and my weight is 67 kg. My Fasting Blood Sugar level is 77. I watch my diet carefully with no Oil content and eat non-processed healthy food only. My Alcohol intake is 60-90 ml, approx 3-4 times a week However, my overall Cholesterol level is 255 with HDL at 47, LDL at 147, Triglyceride at 130. Are my report & Stats ok? Any suggestions ?
