How to right mail for a new client
Ans: Dear Bharat,
Few aspects to look at-
Subject line- mention the subject line that will grab the attention of the client and speaks what the email is all about. This is the deal breaker. For eg- "Introduction and Partnership Opportunity"
Greeting- start the email with a greeting. This will set the tone of the email. For eg- Dear Sir (or the name), or Hello (client name)
Introduction- in brief introduce yourself and provide a brief about who you are. This will help building a rapport and your credibility.
Value Proposition- Explain how your products and services will add value to the company
Personalize the email- if you know the challenge of the client then tailor the message so the client feels and believes you are there to solve the problem with a solution
Call to action- Explain the process step by step so the client knows what action will you be taking
Closing- End your mail with warm regards and your official signature. for eg- warm regards, yours sincerely, etc
Proofread- this is an important aspect. Proofread the email to avoid any mistakes, or errors in the email.
Lastly, follow up if you don't get the response in a considerable time then send a follow-up email and express your interest.
Hope this helps. All the best.
To Your Success
