My fasting sugar normally 120 to 130 & post meal sugar 170 to 180.
How I maintain sugar level?

Adopt lifestyle modifications like following balanced diet including complex carbohydrates like whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, oats), legumes, and vegetables, healthy fats like avocados, nuts, and olive oil, lean proteins like fish, poultry, tofu, and beans. Avoid refined, sugary ,high fat, fast foods etc. Stay physically active. Regular exercise improves insulin sensitivity and helps manage blood sugar levels. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week.
