For the purpose of weight loss iuse to have two palak dosa in the morning , Millet rice for lunch and two moong dosa for dinner apart from that i am daily doing regular excercise for about one hour, still weight is not reducing. please advise me.

At the outset, It’s important that you focus on feeling healthy, the weight and inch loss will happen. Eat healthy and do not deprive the body of vital nutrition. Drink plenty of hot water mixed with ginger and honey. This will help burn fat and also keep infections away. Practice Pranayama under the guidance if a qualified instructor. Walk at least 4 kilometres daily. Keep the mind calm by meditation at least for 20 minutes a day. The exercise that you have been doing will suddenly bring results, so keep it up. Give enough rest to both your mind and body and in due course of time, everything will happen. All the best.
