Hello Sir, Since 5-10 days i felt conjection in the middle of my chest after jogging and it automatically normalized by release of some air through mouth. This problem reoccuring as and when i an trying to jog or brisk walk. Now severe air is being formed in my stomach. Pl guide what to do.
