I am 49 Years , 5'8" , 71Kg, lactose intolerant for 10 years, recently got pre diabitic, (HB1AC -6.1), and uric acid is also high. My problem is most of Indian herbs consumed to control diabitic like Methi, Dalchini, garlic etc. does not suit to my metabolism. I have started 5K-6K steps daily. What are alternate items , which be part of my food?
Ans: Nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, sunflower seeds, til seeds, flax seeds. Salads and vegetables. Fruit like berries, avocadoes, oranges, guava. All these are excellent for both increased sugars and uric acid.
