I am 28, male got heart attack 1 yr ago, undergone angioplasty, stent to LAD, my Hba1c is 6.3 from then till now, but now fasting and pp sugar levels are below 90, total colestrol at the time of attack was around 90, I was having weekly fights with my life partner that time...I was 92 kg then but now I am 67kg I do physical activity like 2 km run in 9-10 minutes and 15-20 min yoga...a little bit of stretching while in office...what should I do for lowering my Hba1c level at the same time improving my heart health?
