My son completed his BA in Mass Communication & Journalism and is doing a PG Diploma from ACJ, Chennai. Will an MBA be helpful for his career? In which stream should he do his MBA?

Ans: It could be helpful. Eg. he can do MBA in Finance and can look at being a journalist for Business / Finance / Economic news. But if he really wants to continue in Journalism then it would be better to do courses relevant to that field like the one he is doing now.

I go to sleep at 10:15 pm, and within a few minutes, I go to deep sleep. But I woke up at around 01 am, again around 03 am again around 04 am, and finally at 05 am. I do not feel sleepy and lethargic during the day, is this normal? My age is 57.

Ans: This is disturbed sleep
Sleep is a discipline where one has to have a hygienic practise
1.Have a regular time to bed. To get a good quality sleep, wind up from work in world by 7.30/8pm and get to bed by 9 pm
2.Early dinner by 6 pm
3.Avoid animal protein at dinner meal
4.No visual stimuli beyond 7 pm
