(if you give more importance to IIT, join IIT-Varanasi) (2) You are more interested in Mechanical or CSE? If CSE, go for PES. If Mechanical, go for IIT-V. Your interest on the subject also is one of the important factors to consider to maintain your motivation level for 4-years. As far as placements are concerned, both are good.
