I have secured 93.55 percentile and 98249 crl rank in jee mains and 79.6 % in class 12th boards , can anyone suggest me some good colleges at my rank . My home state is U.P.

Simple & easy steps you should follow to take your decision:
1) Decide which Course you want to pursue with minimum 3-options (Based on your Interest, Aptitude, Attitude, Personality Traits & your Orientation Style).
2) Shortlist Top 20-Colleges of UP as your home State is UP and you want to pursue your studies in UP, I assume.
3) Check the Opening & Closing Ranks of 2023 for each Course, College-wise / University-wise for the shortlisted top 20 colleges.
4) Check your rank comes under the opening / closing rank.
5) Apply to minimum 3-5 colleges, based on your Research above, for a minimum of 3-options of Courses you prefer.
6) Or if your parents are able to afford for, you can try for Management Quota (MQ) with any one of your shortlisted Universities / Colleges, for the Course you wish to pursue.
