Dear Doctor . I just turned 60 . Taking tabs for BP , which is continuously below 120/80 . I have a family history of CAD , Cholestrol levels are all under control , since more than 6 years . Last year Calcium score came 83 . Otherwise I am in good health , 60 kg weight , daily 1.25 hours brisk walk and am very pleasant . diet control includes several nuts, flax seed, oats , walnuts too .
I do some freelance works since 18 years and dont have any work tension . I am a science lover too .
