Hey doctor, my wife had pain in the soles of her feet with headaches for the last three months. A gynaecologist recommended testing for D3, TSH, and Sugar. The results showed D3-26.09 (after having one shot of cholecalciferol 60000), TSH-3.94, and Sugar random-86.8. As part of her treatment, she takes cholecalciferol 60000 (once a week) and Nuerobion Forte (one a day), She still doesn't get relief. I have two children and both of them were born by C-Section. Period time of my wife is normal. Last delivery was 27/07/2021. Please advice. Navratan Thakur
Ans: Pain in the feet, towards the heel is mainly due to to inflammation of the tendo Achilles which is an extension of certain muscle of calf which is overused /abused and not exercised properly. Then one has psi.
Overweight /Obesity is one of the main reason
