My name is Mohanlal, I am 62 year old man, my weight is 68 KG and height is 165CM and vegetarian, using AMLOPRESS AT 5/25 medicine since last 6 to 7 years for my BP problem, with this medicine my BP remains 130/90 to 140/100, i want to know whether is it ok or should i consult Physician for check up? with this B P i don't have any issues except normal headache sometime. please advice me alternate or additional medicine which is better option for me. Ans: Hello. The BP is still a bit high. You should follow a strict low salt diet, get at least an hour of exercise daily and about 7-8 hours of sleep. If all this is already true, then you may need adjustment of medication. You must see your doctor and get a prescription.
