I am getting frequent back sprains for the past few months. I got all the blood tests done like calcium, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Potassium etc. No abnormalities in any of the above. Only Vitamin B12 was slightly low.
I do yoga regularly but of no use.

Yoga usually benefits a lot but if it not then better for you to show an orthopedic or physiotherapist.
You may need to do x-ray/MRI. Once the cause is known they will guide you towards the exact treatment.
At times it could a be disc bulge or some muscle tightness or weakness in the core muscles. The doctor will accordingly diagnose and guide you and your back sprain should completely be okay.
