Hello Madam,
I am 46 years old and have a weight of 90 kgs. I have high BP, Pre-diabetic, Sleep Apnea and one knee operation. After diagnosis of Sleep Apnea, around 4 years ago, my weight suddenly started to move up. Though I use Bi-pap machine regularly, but still the sleep apnea does not go away. Kindly suggest how I can reduce my weight to around 80 kgs and get rid of this Sleep Apnea.
Ans: Hello Nittin,
For sleep apnea certain breathing exercises can help a lot which you can learn under the guidance of a good yoga teacher.
For the weight issue it will be best to consult a nutritionist as food plays a very crucial role in balancing hormones hence regular weight. The diet care should help your sugar levels too.
All the best!
