I am 52 year male, weight 85 kgs, I do intermittent fasting(16 hours fasting every day) , I eat breakfast at 9.30am with green tea, and then lunch at 2.30 pm after this I dont eat or drink any thing except water, but still I am not losing weight, I also regularly do walking for 1 hour in the morning at 8 am. Please advise how to lose weight.

At times being too strict with our diet also is not good in terms of weight loss. Some people need more number of healthy meals to improve their basal metabolic rate.
Also have you checked your thyroid and other blood hormone levels like HBA1c?
Please consult a good nutritionist who can understand your body/lifestyle/stress levels/sleep pattern and she can guide you systematically towards weight loss.
