my BMR is around 1400 only hence even if i very small amount of food the weight immediately increases
what should i do?
i'm working out everyday and also walk 10000steps minimum daily
Ans: Your desired weight depends on your BMI(Body mass index). Regular exercise/workout should include cardio and strengthening exercises which will help lose body fat and gain muscle mass. Loss of body fat will be indicated by loss in inches. Focus on a high protein, low fat, low carbohydrate, high fiber and low salt diet. Consistency will get you a good outcome. Having less energy/calorie intake will lower your metabolism which will result in weight gain. Avoid refined carbs especially sugar, bakery items, fast foods, aerated water, alcohol, etc.
