my diet is only two roti with vegetable in the breakfast, some times cornflakes , night two roti with vegetable, afternoon only fruit or peanut . Despite of this i am gaining weight and in last one year i gained 7 kg. i donot have sugar, thyriod or any other disease except dandruf in hair. how i could solve this. My age is 49
