My son got admitted in VIT Bhopal and residing in hostel there but in just one week he is reluctent to continue. He is not giving any valid reason, just complaining food, light, wifi and faculty. He is unconsolable since last two days not ready to listen and complaining mental health. Should we counsel him or withdraw and get admission in Delhi NCR. Appreciate your early response. Ans: Khursheed Respected Sir, Did you force him to join, or did he voluntarily join the branch of his wish? For certain pupils, the atmosphere of certain colleges may not be appropriate. Make an effort to reassure him that no college is flawless. Please find out what other possibilities he chooses for his education (apart from staying at VIT-Bhopal) if he declines to proceed. Encourage him to make a choice and follow him to the college of his choice (if seats are available). Additionally, let him know that since practically all colleges have begun their current semester, he cannot continue to make changes to his options. Make the best choice as soon as you can.
