Madam, I am slightly suffering from Blood Glucose. In this week I am feeling giddiness and 3 days back I suddenly felt sugar symptoms in the night and morning at 4.00 p.m. when I checked RBS, it was 171, I surprised, since I did'nt see such high in my health. Afterwards I did'nt feel it. I use to take occassionally Madhunashini / Madhukalpavati. When checked at Hospital, my RBS was 80 and HBA1c was 6.3. BP is below 140/90. But once I check at my home, it was 148/91 during giddiness. I consumed one telma-40 and next day 5 mg amlodipine. I told to Doctor this. Why I am still feeling giddiness.

I am 60 Yrs. often feel drowsiness. Night sleeping 6 hrs. still I feel short why? Checked RBS its 140 and hba1c is 6.2. No sugar symtoms. Pl advice how to avoid drowsiness during day time.
