I am 46+ years with height 5 ft 5 in and weight currently 79 Kg. I reduced my weight with controlled eating by 5 Kg after i was tested Diabetic. Currently i eat a mild medicine a day to control diabetes. The last 2 fasting results have been 88 and 110. I love sweets, having a tough time staying away from it...dont drink alcohol, eat outside food once in 2 weeks (pizza, chinese etc.)...any suggestions or recommendations for me to stay healthy?
Ans: For your height, you may need to still work to reduce weight. Indulging once in a while is ok, but important to work on a balanced diet and daily walking/ exercise. Seeing a Dietitian will help you. Check HbA1c also. Stay in touch with your Dr.
