Dr, I am V.S.Pavate, has undegone bypass surgery(CABG) five years ago and on medication.Recently I did follow up cheque up.I have told by the cardilogist that all the reports are fine and lipid profile also fine. Now i have chest pain every now and then.Is it due to acidity.please let me know. Vsp

Ans: It could be acidity and may even be a consequence of one of the medicines like blood thinners. Please see a physician who will be able to confirm the same and suggest a different medication.

Sir Doctor,I am 70 Yrs today, at the age of 56 had Heart problems, undergone CABG , till today i maintain every aspects of medical advises and medications etc, off late I experience pricks in the left shoulder but no pain bur there is a fear, can you please advise further what should i do , that I dont get gain. thank you.

Ans: Please go for a Cardiologist opinion, Preferrably your doctor who did CABG in you

I had undergone bipass surgery in September 2020 and taking prescribed tablets regularly . Now while doing brisk walking, after 1/2Km I will get chest pain which lasts for another 1/2Km. then slowly it reduses. Is there any problem with that.

Ans: Go slow on your walking exercise. Avoid going for walk soon after meal
Change the timing of walk towards evening and see if it helps

I am 67 years, a vegetarian ,no alcohol, no smoking. I do walk for 45 minutes every. On Metosartan for BP. I keep getting chest pain Off and On. Consulted cardiologist who did Echo, ECG, Treadmill test. Everything is normal. he says it could be due to gas in the abdomen, Abdomen scan reveals everything is normal, except slight prostate enlargement. Doctor has prescribed medication for acidity. Pain in chest appears appears while climbing stairs or on any higher slopes. Is it due to any artery blockage? Are there any non-invasive tests which can reveal it?

Ans: Blocks in arteries can be picked up through Angiogram Another option could be get your BP monitored 24 hrs through Ambulatory BP check up ,This assesses the risk in getting a cardiac set back

Dear Sir, My relative's son is pursuing B Tech in Computer Science, 3rd year from Bengaluru. He is finding it difficult to pursue/memorise the theoretical aspects, including hard-core s/w coding part. He is very good in creative design/ graphics, origamy and software utilisation related aspects. Also, he is very good in minute instrument related design handling. May I request to kindly suggest any innovative new PG Diploma/course in computer/design/Graphic/management related fields where the focus of suggested course(s) is more on implementation of software rather than hard coding/memorisation of it. There are many Graphic design institutes in India which you may find through Google. Vellore institute of Technologies is one of such institute. You may look at that.

Then, I switched to HCL and still continuing in it as Process Developer and my CTC is aroind 4.5L. Since you are in process development, I'm not very sure whether you do the process mapping or even the coding. In case you are doing only process mapping then MBA is the right degree, but in case you are into development then you need to do further courses in latest technologies.
