I AM MANI .I HAVE VERICOSE VEINS IN BOTH MY LEGS DOCTORS HAVE SUGGESTED NOT TO GO FOR SURGERY.BUT I HAVE SEVERE PAIN IN BOTH LEGS ANALGESICS ARE OFFERING TEMPORARY RELIEF

Certain nutrition guidelines, therapeutic yoga and some physiotherapy exercises can help.
So you can probably take the guidance of a wellness coach if not taken already.
Certain kinds of leg stocking also help in varicose veins.
Are you doing any exercises for it already?

Is surgery required for varicose veins or can be treated with ayurvedic medicines. Please clarify.

Ans: Varicose vein is a condition resulting from stagnant blood in the legs along with patulous venous valves.calfcmuscles when working properly or exercised properly help as an effective pump to push the blood up
So exercise your calf muscles. Wear tight elastic stockings
External therapies can add to this along with elevated leg at rest help in managing the circulation

Ans: One of the reasons, Varicose veins happen is due to calf muscles not worked out,
So ankle stretches can address the flow of blood
Also wear a stocking always during the day except while lying down.

Since you are in process development, I'm not very sure whether you do the process mapping or even the coding. In case you are doing only process mapping then MBA is the right degree, but in case you are into development then you need to do further courses in latest technologies.
