my wife is 53 year old have menopause (no Periods) since last 6 years , she have any chance of pregnancy

Ans: Menopause is the end of a woman's reproductive years and is marked by the cessation of menstrual periods for at least 12 months. During menopause, the ovaries stop producing estrogen and progesterone, and stop releasing eggs, making it impossible to conceive.
So, it's impossible to become pregnant after menopause, until you undergo infertility treatment

My wife aged 48 years from November her periods not coming. What is the problem

Ans: If your wife is 48 years not getting periods, there could be multiple reasons, but the communist reason could be either perimenopause or menopause itself. It could be also associated hormonal imbalances in a very rare instance of pregnancy also needs to be ruled out.
Please do a pregnancy test in home kit. If it is negative, which it should really be at this age, then consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound done to see further possible reasons. But the communist reason at this point should be menopause.

Ans: Dear Vinay,
yes, it's natural as she says. she's responding to the hormonal fluctuations related to menopause.
So, there is no solution to a problem, as there is no problem in the first place. It's just the natural progression of a woman through various stages of her life. Support her by understanding her and her emotions better.
And intercourse isn't the only way to connect. Intimacy can be non-sexual as well; cuddling, kissing, holding hands are forms of being close. This may take the pressure of the performance and it may lead to intercourse. But if you are simply going to obsess over it, neither of you are going to be ready and it will just drive a wall between the two of you. Instead focus on the beautiful things that you have shared so far and what you can build on from no on....a lot of support, care, love and understanding is the need of the hour...

Hi madam, i am 41 yrs. & my wife is 38 yrs. both are planning for a baby but we were always in stress that don't know at this stage of age can my wife conceive a baby. Her periods are regular.

Ans: There should be no problem at all. Please go ahead. There are umpteen number of pregnancies in this age group. The rate of success is the same for people a decade younger. You may just need a couple more visits than the younger ones.

Hello sir, my daughter currently pursuing bams final year after that there will be internship of one year. But she is not intersted in bams at all so what would be other career options for her in future ? And if I insist her to do PG in Bams then how much she earn she doesnot want to do government job ,then what will she can do after that.?

Ans: When she is not interested in BAMS then when did she take admission. It's a professional course. In non professional course it can be managed. But in professional course if one can't accept it then it becomes dangerous for the career and he/she is bound to fail in that line. So never allow her to pursue PG. After completion of BAMS let her decide whether she wants to do a admin job or not. If yes then let her pursue MBA. She can do MBA in hospital management. My son is doing 7th Semester in BE ,Electronics and Communication engineering. His 8th semester will start in January 2025. Though he is good in Computer Programming, he is not interested in Software or IT related jobs. His CGPA is 8.8 so far. He wants to get in to core electronics field. When can he apply for Masters in US/Germany or some other country and what will be the expenses and future prospects. Is it advisable to work for say 1 Year and try for Masters or continue without gap.

Ans: Better to join M.Tech after industry experience.I am not fully aware of present cost
