Can you please suggest Best Knee cap for pain relief.

Ans: Dear Rdy. A knee cap can definitely help as an adjunct in the management of knee pain by providing support and compression during wear and tear, walking, jogging, and climbing stairs. However, it cannot completely alleviate knee pain, as the root cause in many cases is knee arthritis or underlying biomechanical weakness. When selecting a knee cap, consider the level of support needed a simple compression sleeve for mild pain or a patella-stabilizing support if there is kneecap-related discomfort. Pay attention to the material (breathable fabric for daily use or neoprene for warmth and compression) and ensure a proper, snug fit with adjustable straps if possible. Features like open or closed patella designs can help reduce pressure on the kneecap and improve comfort. Overall, comfort, breathability, and correct sizing are crucial, and consulting physiotherapist is always the best first step for accurate diagnosis and guidance. There are many good brands like Tynor, Dr. Orto, Bold fit. All are good brands
