Pls suggest some yoga for double chin and facial fat. it is very embarassing to click pics and selfies what should i do? pls help

Ans: I understand how you feel. Many people feel shy about double chin and facial fat. Please don’t feel embarrassed. Your body deserves kindness and patience.

Yoga can help tone face and neck slowly. Do these daily:

1. Neck stretch – sit straight, look up slowly, hold 5 breaths.
2. Lion pose (Simhasana) – open mouth, stretch tongue out, look up. Improves face muscles.
3. Chin lift – tilt head back and gently move lower jaw up and down.
4. Bhujangasana (cobra pose) – improves neck tone and posture.
5. Shoulder rolls and chest opening – reduce slouching that creates double chin.

Practice 10–15 minutes daily. Also drink enough water, sleep well, and avoid constant mobile bending. Posture correction is very important.

Along with this, please meditate for confidence. Sit quietly, close eyes, and breathe slowly. Tell yourself: “I accept myself. I am calm and confident.” Meditation reduces embarrassment and builds self-love. When mind relaxes, face also looks brighter.

But don’t practice randomly. A yoga and meditation coach can guide correct technique and give you a safe routine for face, posture, and confidence.

I encourage you to learn under a coach instead of practicing alone.
